temp/android-tools: fork from alpine with "fastboot flash boot" fix

This patch should fix pmbootstrap#2007 (closed):

fastboot: error: Couldn't parse partition size '0x'.

I don't get the bug myself, but if others report that this works as expected, then let's merge it to pmaports temporarily and I'll upstream the patch.
