userspace pd-mapper daemon may no longer be required w/ mainline kernels

I noticed that an in-kernel pd-mapper was merged, and I think(?) it'll be available in 6.11. I was told on the #aarch64-linux IRC channel that this means we no longer need to run the userspace pd-mapper daemon on lenovo-21bx, I'm not sure how it relates to other devices that need pd-mapper though, maybe it's only specific for newer qcom things or ?

Anyways when we get a kernel with this patch in it, the lenovo-21bx (and maybe others) no longer need to depend on this daemon, and it should be dropped from device package(s) where this is true.
