pine64-pinephone: cpu-idle driver is being loaded, but still not used.

What's the expected behaviour?
After installing cpupower, issue the command: "cpupower idle-info", and it should spit out something like:

How to reproduce your issue?
Just install the latest egde build and install cpupower.
Issue a cpupower idle-info command and it outputs the current stats for the cpu-idle driver.
