TinyDM Fails to start

Describe your issue

Following full update this morning phone pauses at splashscreen after fde passphrase entered.

What's the expected behaviour?

After splashscreen pin entry screen should display

What's the current behaviour?

Phone pauses at splashscreen after fde passphrase entered. Login text is visible at top of screen.

How to reproduce your issue?

apk upgrade to latest package release and reboot phone

What device are you using?

pine64-pinephone

On what postmarketOS version did you encounter the issue?

  • edge (master branch)
  • stable (v20.05 branch)

Serial connection to phone shows that it booted correctly but rc-status shows tindydm failed.

Here is the content of tinydmlog from most recent reboot:
