Disk decryption password prompt on-screen keyboard is slow when the "capital" arrow needs to be toggled.

The on-screen keyboard for disk decryption should be more responsive when the "capital" arrow needs to be toggled. #### What's the current behaviour? The on-screen keyboard for disk decryption is slow when the "capital" arrow needs to be toggled. #### How to reproduce your issue? Enable disk encryption when setting up the phone on unboxing and set a decryption password with a mix of uppercase and lowercase characters. Finish phone setup and install all updates and then power off the phone. Subsequently when the phone is powered on, the disk decryption prompt is displayed, and a keyboard is offered to the user at the bottom. ### What device are you using?
