Udev freeze wifi!

Udev rule blocks Wi-Fi if btmgmt is present on the system.

There is a bug in btmgmt: if stdin is missing, it hangs. As a workaround, I suggest simply replacing btmgmt with yes | btmgmt. This will create standard input for btmgmt.
