Checkpoint and bgwriter monitoring

Hi,

Awesome project! I just had a look at the Grafana dashboards in the demo environment and noticed there are no panels yet related to the checkpointer or background writer.

For proper tuning, if I understand correctly, one would look in such a dashboard how many checkpoints are timed vs. how many requested, per unit of time, the advice being that most checkpoints should be triggered by time.

Just wanted to ask out of curiosity if this aspect is out of scope, or simply not done yet due to prioritizing other topics first.
