Description

Problem: We want ppl to sign up for the customer advisory group, but if they navigate to the site, they aren't going to find it on their own.

Proposed solution in this MR: a temporary banner on the homepage advertising it: Screen_Shot_2021-04-18_at_10.05.17_PM
