docs: minor fixes

Description

  1. Fix the state of the protected clone.
  2. Update the list of supported PostgreSQL.
  3. Add Ubuntu 20.04 to prepare step (DLE is compatible with Ubuntu 20.04).
  4. Update the list of tools for logical dump/restore.
