Add troubleshooting guide

We need to describe the most common issues and how to troubleshoot them. For example, if initial data retrieval (or subsequent full refresh fails), what to do, what to check (answer: enabled debug mode, retry, check DLE logs, check ~/.dblab/engine/logs for additional logs, etc)

Should it be a FAQ item or a How To?
