pg_receivewal support

Goal

I want to configure dblab to use streaming replication with pg_receivewal.

For the purpose of this discussion it might be useful to reference the two strategies outlined here, it is my understanding that dblab currently supports 'scenario 2' (using restore_command), but not 'scenario 1'?
