It would be cool if you could give Portmod a link to a mod list from [modding-openmw.com](https://modding-openmw.com), and it would install all of the mods on the list. If you used no flags, it would prompt you for every mod install, if you passed a "non-iteractive" flag, it would only prompt you for mods that require manual downloading.
