This mod has an EULA, which is mostly not end-user related, however there is one point, admittedly slightly ambiguous, that is pertinent to the end user, and that is that Usage outside of the purpose of modding for The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind is strictly prohibited..

I can only assume that the version of this that was bundled into races-redone is is not bound by the EULA.

Note that this should not be merged until either we have proper support for accepting EULAs (technically you can add them manually to ACCEPT_LICENSE). Alternatively, it could be useful to check the actual meaning with the author, as I suspect that the author meant this only with respect to modders, and not users, meaning that it's essentially just a regular license that permits redistribution and derivation under specific circumstances, and has no effect on personal use.
