Gaming Mode: SD Card No Longer Formatting/Mounting

Channel: Beta OS: 3.3.2 Filesystem: BTRFS SD Card: SanDisk 1TB Extreme

Hello,

Not sure WHEN it started happening, but I've noticed that my SD cards no longer show up in Game Mode, even formatting SD Cards not working.

All of my SD Cards are the same make and model.

I get two different errors:

Format Error The microSD card formatted correctly, but it failed to mount with the system running. A reboot is required to complete the operation Restart now | Restart Later

Format Error We encountered an error while formatting your microSD card (2). Please try again or contact Steam Support Dismiss

Both SD cards show up in Desktop mode but not in Gaming mode. They used to work but no longer 😞

Game mode USED to format and mount SD cards but not anymore.

Desktop mode mounts and sees the SD cards and I see it in Dolphin, but if I go into Steam > Settings > Downloads, it only shows my primary drive. Clicking on + I can add ONE of the SD cards and then it will show up in Gaming mode, but if I take it out, it goes away in Settings > Storage and will not remount in Gaming Mode.

I have multiple SD cards and this is a problem :(
