SD Card Conversion

I want to convert my 1TB SD Card to Btrfs.

I want learn more about this process, if anyone has tried and tested such conversion, I will be grateful to learn from their experience. I especially wonder about

• How to prepare for such ext4 to btrfs conversion
• What issues should I expect?
• Will it work with Arch Linux (without KDE Plasma) installations compared to SteamOS that comes along with SteamOS - I use tty1 to automatically login to gaming mode
  • Do I need to do some tweaks or install dependencies, that the stock SteamOS already has.
• How long will it take to convert a 1TB SD card (Samsung EVO - 140mb/s). I also have another SD Card that I can risk much more easily to test initially.

PS: I have two nvme drives. One is the Stock drive that came with the Steam Deck and the other one has an Arch Linux installation with the Hyprland.
