Import / Export Data

I currently can't import or export Data from a regular Task. This presents issues when trying to use Polyapp to collect information and then wanting to run it through a 3rd party reporting program.

I should create a Task for importing and a Task for exporting. For now, importing / exporting from a CSV file should be fine.

It would also be nice to be able to use a Task to export the entire database, although this should only be allowed by someone with the "polyappAdmin" role.
