Timestamps

A lot of people who run reports want to see how the Data changes over time. If we do not record the time we started and finished a Data, they can't view information of this kind.

It would be best to index the UTC int64 timestamps by industry / domain / schema [timestamp]. Perhaps I could make this a routine part of task creation in Edit Task instead of adding these fields to the Data struct.
