Can't adjust the GUI window to show anything below ROI

Hi there,

Excellent work for creating this amazing program. I found it's impossible to squeeze/move the GUI to show any content below APPLY ROI. I have another monitor, so if I drag the window to the bigger monitor, it works fine; but if I am only using my laptop, it's not adjustable. The issue exists in both Mac and Windows systems. I install the GUI with NO GPU support.
