Players should not be removed from the table when they bust out
The reason this is rough is in full-table games, when people are waiting for a spot to open up, a player who busts out will very likely lose their seats to those waiting to join. That's definitely unfair to the busted player. Adds salt to the wound, so to speak.
An alternate flow would be to leave the player at their seat with 0 chips and in a new, BUSTED_OUT
state. Players in the BUSTED_OUT
state can't "sit down" again (i.e. start receiving new hands) until the host edits their chip stack to > 0.
Coupling this with #150 would mean a BUSTED_OUT
player could request their re-buy stack size, and the host could approve.
