Annotator does not need the old image on remark.
Fixes #1908 (closed).
png is hardcoded in a few other places, still TODO but I don't think they are crashers (just poor aesthetics to have a jpeg stored in file.png)
Also Fixes #1910 (closed) which seems to be a way to loose unknown pages (!!)
