get specific paper can give you one from the wrong version

  1. start demo
  2. login to mark Q1v1
  3. find a Q1 papernum that is version1, let's say its 0004, but close without marking it.
  4. now login to mark Q1v2
  5. hold down "get next" and manually ask for paper 4.
  6. Now you are grading version 2 but the paper is a version 1. bad, should be some kind of error.

Might be a regression but I suspect its been around since we recently added that feature.
