Unable to set -r parameter for "plastimatch drr"
This appears to be a bug with the most recent version of Plastimatch.
In older versions, drr was a stand-alone executable, and one could use drr -r "dim_x dim_y"
to set the output DRR image size. In the latest update, drr has been merged into plastimatch itself, but plastimatch drr -r "dim_x dim_y"
no longer works. No error messages are thrown, but the output image is always the default 125x125.
