Missing CMakefile in tests?

When I execute build.sh in the tests directory, it complains:

CMake Error: The source directory "/home/marc/pitchfork/pitchfork/static_analysis/pitchfork/tests" does not appear to contain CMakeLists.txt

Is that file missing from git or did I not run some prereq?
