Two gui glitches

Already reported in other opportunity, trying again.

1) Space between apptabs/tabsbar and navbar:

To reproduce is simple, just un-maximize main window, yes normal window trigger this issue. Pressing <alt> key also is enough to show the problem.

2) Apps tabs space in html5 player full screen:

To reproduce just put in full screen mode any html5 "app", easy way is to open a .mp4 file in standalone Firefox player, page bellow has several mp4 files to test, open any and make it full screen:

Ps: make sure you have some apptabs prior to test.

In both case you need TST and Firefox Nightly build:
