Issues Encountered with Model Scaling and Pre-positioning in Piper

I've encountered multiple issues while using the Piper software, specifically with scaling the GHBMC M50-O v4.5 model following the tutorial and during the pre-positioning process. Below are the details of the problems:

  1. Surface and Bone Penetrations/Overlaps: After following the tutorial on scaling the GHBMC M50-O v4.5 model, I noticed penetrations/overlaps between the surface and bone, particularly in the upper arms. Could you please explain why this occurs and how it can be resolved?

  1. Scaling with Limited Predictors: I attempted scaling using only the predictor stature and weight (1650mm and 60kg, respectively). The resulting surface model appeared strange. Could you advise on the required predictors for accurate scaling, and if there's a minimum number of predictors needed?

  1. Red Model in Scaling Module Preview: In the scaling module preview, there's a red model displayed. Is this model generated using anthropometric dimensions? Also, is it possible to export the red surface model, or could you provide information on how to obtain or generate this model?

  2. Pre-positioning Program Crash: The program crashes occasionally during pre-positioning. Specifically, it closes immediately after attempting to position the scaled model mentioned in question 1. How can I diagnose the cause of these crashes or retrieve any error logs that might indicate the problem?
