"I'm a lazy admin" extension

This is a suggestion for RcGcDw extension that would allow wiki administrators to revert, delete and block wiki pages/users using reactions in a channel where RcGcDw messages are being posted. This suggestion is based on already existing system GRASP is using.

Details:

1. Requires separate Discord bot to work and connect to the server.
2. Requires setting up the bot passwords for the admin account and storing it in bots configuration (this in turn means that it should be 1 bot per one server, since nobody should give their privileged bot passwords to 3rd party).
3. Only one user can use the extension due to security reasons.

1. This should be a self-hosted bot anyway as per 2.
2. Recommend using an extra account and not the account of an active editor/admin
3. Using an extra account with forced summaries that mention the Discord user (like for GRASP_bot) could allow for a list of whitelisted users.
   • But the only save way to identify a Discord user is the id which would look bad.
   • Therefore the list of whitelisted users would been to be a map of Discord id and wiki username with a check that the user actually has the permission on the wiki.

I've made the bot, https://github.com/Sidemen19/Wiki-Utilities, currently it only supports commands (wu!block, wu!delete etc.). I'm working on the RcGcDw integration (see), it should be done soon. Just need to write the message content parser.

And done! The bot now supports reactions for blocking users, reverting edits, and deleting pages. Currently, it only supports the English locale, though.

EDIT: supports all locales and embed mode.

Alternative details:

1. Requires Discord application and a HTTP server to handle incoming Discord interactions
2. Requires the wiki to have Extension:OAuth set up and create an OAuth consumer
3. Works for everyone authorizing the OAuth consumer as their own wiki accounts will be used.

Create a Discord webhook using the OAuth2 flow and use that webhook for RcGcDw. Have a post hook add buttons to the Discord messages.
