arm64: dts: rk3399-pinephone-pro: add "near level" to proximity sensor

Open Arnaud Ferraris requested to merge a-wai/pine64-linux:proximity into pine64-kernel-ppp-5.16.y

This property specifies the threshold above which userspace software should consider there is an object "near" the sensor. It avoids having to specify this level using userspace configuration files.
