Permission to redistribute

In order for Linux distributions to be able to redistribute this firmware (to package it), they need permission to redistribute it from the the developer of the firmware. Having this would also make it possible to upstream the firmware (to include it in linux-firmware). I understand Pine64 didn't develop the firmware, but does have contact with its developer. It would be awesome if Pine64 (you) could contact the developer to obtain this permission and then include it in this repository.
