Adjustable Channel Voltage Reference

Once a command is sent to the digital potentiometer to change value, there is no way of being able to see whether the command was well received and the voltage regulator is now outputting the desired voltage.

Having the adjustable channel's output go through a voltage divider into the ADC would mean from the software, this voltage could now be read and calculated.

This would allow for re-trying of failed commands, as well as giving a true voltage value of the adjustable channel to the user.
