Fixes file coding problems · 2e1674b1
      Peter Stiernström authored
Closes #50 by deducing process coding system for decoding from the
buffer-file-coding-system. I guess this would cause problem if the file
actually changed encodings through it's existance but it's the only
      solution I have for now.

Show commit author in minibuffer #45 · 7c66a878
      Peter Stiernström authored
This behaviour is customizable and is turned on by default. Set
git-timemachine-show-author to nil to disable it. Customize
git-timemachine-minibuffer-author-face to change the appearance of the
      author name.

Keep within first and last commit #46 · dc0f7b66
      Peter Stiernström authored
Pressing n(ext) will always return the next OR last version. Likewise
for p(revious). Thus the minibuffer will always state the current
      version showing.

      Follow renames #33. · 02e52b38
      Peter Stiernström authored
I made git-timemachine follow file renames by adding --follow and
--name-only and supplying git show with the name of the file
      corresponding to the revision.

Also added name:revision-file-name to the mode-line to visualize the
name of the file for the displayed revision. The current file name
      renames as before.
