automodapi 0.9 is causing redundant documentation entries.

More precisley, class documentation generated from modules through the automodapi keyword first lists attributes, then methods, and then the same methods and attributes again below that. This was not a problem with the previous version. I'll continue to look for a workaround but if I don't find one by tomorrow I won't let it block the release of %v1.2.0.
