SMCP fails a dualized SDP test with "Factorization failed".

The following fails on the dualize2 branch:

./test.py -c power_trace -o dualize=True -s smcp

CVXOPT and MOSEK solve this just fine.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
