`pip update --upgrade` lost by the `X.Y.Z.postT` versions
Pip is lost when upgrading to a X.Y.Z.postT
version, and consider to be still at the X.Y.Z
version.
It's the case with the current 1.2.0.post8
version.
I think this comes from the fact that .version file is not updated accordingly to the pip version.
I tried the installation from a modified version of PICOS-1.2.0.post8.tar.gz
, and it worked.
