krites-models v0.1.1

Dual-signed release (krites spec 0034): checksums.txt carries signatures from
both the v1 key (old account, decommissioning) and the v2 key (prod), so a krites
binary trusting either generation can verify it.

Also activates the producer fix folding provenance.json into checksums.txt, so
provenance is covered by the signature rather than cross-checked.

krites-models v0.1.0 — signed MediaPipe expression models (krites 0031 phase 1)

FaceMesh + Blendshapes ONNX (Apache-2.0), converted from Google's face_landmarker.task,
parity-verified, signed with alias/krites-models-release-signing-v1 (fp 5B648A6B…C1EC).
Closes the krites 0029 model-hosting gap.
