Unable to fork (and unable to make PR)

... I am unable to fork this project, and thus unable to make pull requests.

There are some PHP8.2 compatibilities I would like to fix and send a PR on, but GitLab won't let me fork the damn project. Any idea why? The fork button is just missing.
