Middleman gets his own Contract

I habe a Problem with the Middleman function, the Problem is that if you As a Middleman have a contract and the other Party calls a Middleman, you yourself become the Middleman of your own contract which can be quite Bad, because you will always choose something in your favour in your mind.

Maybe you could change it so that you cant be the Middleman of your own contract.
