streams benchmark segfault since March 29
Hi,
when configuring PETSc we always launch and log make test and make streams.
On march 28, at commit:e9dae20d "make streams" was ok: https://giref.ulaval.ca/~cmpgiref/petsc-main-debug/2022.03.28.02h00m01s_petsc_make_streams.log
But since March 29, at commit:e32b32de it gives the following result:
/opt/openmpi-4.0.4_opt/bin/mpicc -o MPIVersion.o -c -fPIC -Wall -Wwrite-strings -Wno-unknown-pragmas -fstack-protector -g3 -O0 -I/pmi/cmpbib/compilation_BIB_gcc_redhat_petsc-master_debug/COMPILE_AUTO/petsc-main-debug/include -I/pmi/cmpbib/compilation_BIB_gcc_redhat_petsc-master_debug/COMPILE_AUTO/petsc-main-debug/arch-linux-c-debug/include -I/opt/petsc-main_debug/include -I/opt/intel/oneapi/mkl/2021.1.1/include -I/opt/openmpi-4.0.4_opt/include `pwd`/MPIVersion.c
Running streams with '/opt/openmpi-4.0.4_opt/bin/mpiexec --oversubscribe ' using 'NPMAX=24'
