scaffold-eth infra team setup

Ryan and Austin are setting up a self-sustaining team of maintainers and developers to work on scaffold-eth Ryan is using a lighter touch approach with this team particularly as part of an experiment with Austin's methodological recommendations.

An early roadmap has been set and people are finding their level wrt responsibilities

The two priorities of scaffold-eth are providing

• education and
• software foundation to developers and Moonshot Collective's platform.

This requires good educational content and good reference documentation. And of course, good code and good practices.

scaffold-eth is growing up into its own org, and will go on to have its own budget and grants structure in the medium to long term. In the short term, the scaffold-eth needs maintenance like PR reviews and bug preventing refactors. Jason has been doing some coordination internally

Right now the funding for scaffold-eth that's been set for now is: Buidl Guidl (in partnership with the Ethereum Foundation?) will supply eth streams to team members, and major milestones and releases will have MC 'events' with S0 compensation tools.
