Already downloaded files are marked in UI as 'requested'

If we download a file which is present in our downloads directory but not marked as downloaded in the database, the logs say:

[2024-12-18T11:22:05Z DEBUG harddrive_party::peer] File already downloaded
[2024-12-18T11:22:05Z DEBUG harddrive_party::peer] Download successfull

But the UI still considers the file to be in a requested state and not yet downloaded.
