Power Points in Actor Sheet do not reflect in Power Points used when casting

Issue Description

Power Points in Actor Sheet (here is 3/10)

Don't reflect in PP that powers used to deduct from when casting (but here is 1/10)

Nor in token resources (also 1/10)

Occur in all sheet including default PC and NPC sheet.
