Result of Quick Edge is not applied in the combat tracker

Issue Description

Actors that have the Quick Edge checked in the initiative section of "tweaks" do not have the selected initiative card applied to them in the combat tracker.

The GM must manually "select the "update combatant" option by right-clicking in the tracker and choosing a card from the list.

The resulting card should be automatically applied.
