Special Abilities for vehicle sheets

Feature Summary

Enable Special Abilities for vehicles in a similar way than Edges and Hindrances are already available for them.

User Experience

It is rather niche but in some settings (i.e. Deadlands Noir) Vehicles may have Special Abilities, currently there is no way to apply those to vehicles making it impossible to properly utilise those stat blocks.

Priority/Importance

I am aware that this is a niche and very special snowflake request, I'd say it's of pretty low importance.
