support for AES256 encrypted PDFs

pdftk-java seems (as per latest version in Debian sid unstable: 3.2.2) not to support PDFs encrypted with AES256; the error message is Error: Invalid PDF: unknown.encryption.type.r

It would be nice if that support would be added.
