[Licensing vs Pdftk Server]

Hello I'am concerned about license for pdftk-java as command line tool for server-side PDF processing in larger SASS application.

license_gpl_pdftk/readme.txt
Contains original Pdftk license

Is the license the same as for Pdftk Server
meaning license is needed for such application
or it does not apply to this port?
