- Schedule demo.productcatalog.io to reset once a day at midnight (or UTC equivalent)
- Launch rwanda-demo.productcatalog.io
- Launch ethiopia-demo.productcatalog.io
- Find out if we can retire rwanda/ethiopia-beta environments.
- Redirect beta.pcmt.villagereach.org to demo

- Documentation is updated (including wiki et al if applicable)
