input fields of the settings form aren't there

hello, I've just installed your package and I ran into a problem where are no input fields of the Paymob form are there but the description as it's in the attachment. if there's any updates on your side or you need any info from me to fix the error please get in contact

also there's the error on the checkout page that no payment methods appear at all after installing this package.
