bioconda install: proteinortho_clustering failed with code 33792
Installed via bioconda on centOS system. I got the following error -- which I can see from your wiki is related to a compiler option. Given that many folks install via conda, is there a way to make this less of a problem from bioconda installed packages? Here is the link to the current bioconda build.sh, is there a way to modify it so it will work out of the box on more systems? https://github.com/bioconda/bioconda-recipes/blob/master/recipes/proteinortho/build.sh
Thanks! Jon
