Remove hard pin (<5.2) for requiring Django

Hi there, Thaks library 👍 Use it at production 😄 Currently, new version of Django 5.2 (which is LTS) is released finally. Could we release new version of that package without hard pinning Django <5.2.

django-blocklist (2.8.1) depends on Django (>=4.2,<5.2)
