RFE support rename

It would be good if patchpal could support renaming of files. Upstream does some renaming at times. Example of rename is below.

patchpal -g ~/linux829 -j RHEL-107081 9df193087b9ed58a244faa516334539661fe7f11 Error: Patches that delete and rename files are not supported yet.
