Resolve "Style and finalize registration page backup code"

Closes #176 (closed)

We had talked about delegating this after PDF work was done but 1) I had already started it 2) there were copy changes I wanted to spend time on 3) I'm not sure how great of an exercise it would have been to try and pull bits of my stylesheets around. So I got it done.

I'm now linking to a blog post that I need to finish; doing that next.
